So if you’ve seen the Goonies, you’ve seen this iconic scene, and if you know Matt you know this is his childhood favorite movie. It was awesome to make it real for him. We drove up the hill first to see the Goonies house. Apparently they get a lot of visitors so they have a no trespassing sign leading up to their street so we respected that and took a picture from afar (it’s the white one on the hill).
Then we parked, walked through the walkway to Cannon Beach and were quickly hit with ungodly, cold wind. Like holy hell, it was like we entered a whole new dimension. But, it was worth it. I mean look at this scene and look at Matt’s grin! ;)
