Nature Trail

Fall means getting outdoors for us.  We went back to Vickery Creek so we could explore parts of the trail we hadn’t been on before.  Turned out to be another awesome day on the trail.  Lots of neat things to see and explore.  We took our time and soaked in the day.  What a great treasure close to the house.  All and all, not too many people there, only in the popular areas.  But as we went deeper on the trail, there were places that we’d stop and it was just us there, enjoying nature.  It hasn’t rained here in a while, so the water levels allowed us to explore areas we usually wouldn’t be able to go into making it a very unique experience. A good soul centering trip for sure.

If you look super close, there is a man on the rock in the distance with his canvas and paints working on painting the waterfall in front of him!  So cool!

See that stick Matt is holding?  Yeah, I found it and it’s now a staple part of our decor.  Waiting for the inspiration to come to me as to how I should paint it..
