Lillian had her first school recital on Dec 17th with the 2nd grade classrooms. They did Christmas In The West. Now, I was a little reserved on how well this would go considering the title and the fact that we told Lillian we wanted it to be a surprise and not share the songs with us. However, it was awesome and it totally worked! The kids did so great and I was so proud of Lillian and how well she did! Since we had no where to go, we got there early and were able to get premium seats. Good thing we did too because it got PACKED! So packed! We didn’t know the 5th graders were going to sing first, so imagine all the family and extended family of all the 2nd and 5th graders in one lunchroom. It was nuts! Natalie was so intrigued by the whole experience. She sat in her chair in awe of their singing. She too was extremely proud of her big sis!
