Lillian is a proud big sister. She just adores Natalie and it’s so sweet if not a little annoying sometimes. :) Wherever Natalie is, Lillian is close behind and though it does make for claustrophobic situations at times, Natalie shares the same admiration for Lillian. She follows her around the room and she smiles so big when Lillian comes around, it just doesn’t get old for either of them.
I got to spend some additional time with them last week when they were both out of school Tuesday-Thursday since Lillian came down with strep and a rash and then Natalie got the rash the next day. I think they both enjoyed each other’s company and getting some additional mommy time. Lillian has learned that she can’t go to school when she has a fever so she kept telling me she was going to have a fever the next day so she wouldn’t have to go to school and could stay with me. Smart cookie, good thing she hasn’t figured out how to fake it!
Seeing how neither of them were in bad spirits we had a mini photoshoot (hey it’s not often they want to cooperate with me and the camera :)) and got some cute shots of them. I figured if I had to stay home then I might as well be productive right?
