Another one down in the books while living in Texas. This year, we did not over cook. We stuck to our plan and executed it! By no means did we not have leftovers, however, we weren’t eating them for weeks on end. :) We jumped on the period cramp simulator machine trend and took advantage our time together to see if it really stood up to the real thing. Short answer, no. It was just a bit of an odd feeling. Nonetheless, it was a good time and good to have the family under one roof!
