We made it back to Mercier Farms this year, after a few year hiatus, and it was just as lovely. Last year we missed the trip by a weekend and we were not going to make that mistake again so we went. However, it was so freakin’ hot. Like totally not apple picking weather! We made the most of it and got around 45 apples which we made into apple butter, apple sauce, apple filling and baked apples. Not too bad for our harvest!
