We made it to the fair for the first time in at least 5 years! Lillian was kind of bummed that we were missing her school’s fall harvest event but that went out the window as soon as she got to see all the AMAZING things she was able to do instead! Natalie enjoyed watching from afar on some of the rides but she finally got on one ride with Lillian and it looked like she had fun. It was a track of trucks and it went around and around. Exciting huh? Well, to her she must have felt like she was going 100 MPH because her little hands were glued to the steering wheel! :) Matt was Lillian’s riding companion for all the rides since we went after work and I was trying to remember to bring the camera in the morning instead of giving some thought into what would be better for Fair attire. So my skirt didn’t lend itself to participating. Oh well, I had fun in my own way! The only thing I wish I could have done was the giant slide. Now, that looked like fun!
