We’re in the season of sophomores! It’s still so odd how quickly time is moving.
Lillian has moved out of the dorms and into an apartment this year. Her school doesn’t really have much set up for non-freshmen on campus, so this worked out well. She’s sharing the apartment with Kayla, and with Aidan and Jeremiah living in the same complex, she’s not too far from her crew. Best part? There’s a shuttle to campus with fewer miles and less stress for everyone.
Natalie is officially out of the ninth-grade campus. The pros: she’s finally in one building with all her classes, instead of last year’s back-and-forth to the main campus. The cons: she put herself in some at-level classes, and she’s beyond bored; completely in awe (and not in a good way) of the lack of effort from some of the upperclassmen. I have a feeling she’ll choose a tougher load next round so she can feel a bit more challenged.
