One year down with college. I know this year started with a lot of nerves, but I truly believe it was a big year of growth for Lillian. From stepping into her tiny dorm room for the very first time, to filling her days with football games, new friendships, late-night guitar sessions, and of course, meeting Aidan.
Even though it was hard to watch from a step away, it was also such a joy to see her grow more into herself and gain confidence. Having her home for the summer won’t feel long enough, but I’m looking forward to soaking up every bit of quality time we get.
