Matt bought the girls fishing gear a month or so ago and he’s been eager to have them test it out. We planned a trip to Lake Lanier this past weekend and while the fish were scarce, we did have fun getting to know the area. After our first failed attempt at fishing, we spent some time at their little beach front before heading to our own location to continue the fishing and water playing. Next time, we’ll have to decide to either be closer to better fishing holes or make it a water playing day because it seems you can’t have the best of both worlds in that area! Regardless, it was neat to see and a great way to burn off some energy on a sunny Saturday.
