One of these years I’ll take the time to post about my birthday in the same month as it happens! Wishful thinking but hey I need to have a goal to aim towards. I had a fabulous birthday this year. My family at work outdid themselves again. My decorated office, a desk full of thoughtful presents and a homemade lunch in my honor, plus an edible arrangement from our Central FL market was a lot more than I could stand. I definitely left feeling loved. I got home to flowers, cards from our families, wine, balloons, a delicous dinner and my cookie cake! The girls did their part too. They sang me happy birthday as many times as I am old by the end of the day, cards, kisses and random happy birthdays. See I told you, it was a fabulous day! The whole day was very overwhelming with attention, so I managed to get pictures of my cake and table.
I sent Matt a link of a cookie cake that I wanted him to make for my birthday back in October or so and he remembered and he made it and it was awesome. Please awe in it’s beauty!

How jealous are you that you didn’t get to taste this thing?! The kids had no problem eating their food that day to have dessert! :) and this is what I came home. I have a great family!
