Our last family day of 2011 resulted in us going BOWLING!!! This was the first time Lillian had ever gone and she thought it was so much fun. We had pretty much the whole bowling alley to ourselves so we took our time playing our game. Natalie was an excellent cheerleader! She would mimic Lillian as she bowled, clapped and cheered when we threw down the ball and even made sure our computer was tallying up the right scores. ;) Definitely worthy of a repeat performance another day!
We followed through with our New Years Resolution!!! 12 days of fun this year, well you know, we had more than that but these were planned or semi planned days where we played, ate and had fun as a family. I thought this would be an easy task since we do things like this all the time, but it wasn’t. I guess the idea of being obligated to do something no matter how fun, always feels like work. So with that said, this year, no resolutions to be made except to enjoy each other’s company whatever that might look like. :) Click here for more pictures from our outing.
