Yesterday was a beautiful day! We’ve had an usually cold winter and have not wanted to get out of the house at all. Yesterday, however, was in the mid 60s and it was a fantastic day. You could tell that others in our neighborhood had the same thought because it’s been months since I have seen so many of them outside.
Lillian had a play date with our good friend Jessica and their little girl Avery. We went to our favorite park and got there right when they opened so we had the entire place to ourselves for over an hour! The kids ran and played and laughed. We couldn’t wipe the smiles from their faces! We ended up taking them to McDonald’s to finish their date and then headed home. Hopefully, we’ll have more days like this coming our way soon.
