The sofa and loveseat we had before came from my parent’s house which they had since we pretty much moved to the states when I was 5! When Matt and I got married we inherited them and Matt’s mom did a wonderful job transforming them from 1980s to modern, just our style couches. Well, after getting dogs and the many accident spills we had from Lillian those couches were on their last leg. We went to Home Place Furniture in Destin to take a look at what they had since we were in the area and we had visited their website and wanted to get a better feel of what they looked like in person. Our window shopping turned into us purchasing the set and having it delivered to our house 2 weeks later.
We usually don’t take advantage of in store delivery but since there was no way we could get the couches home we decided to go for it. I must say I am now a believer of having stuff brought to us! I mean seriously you open the door and they do all the work and clean up and then poof new stuff! I’m sold! Next on our wishlist is a smoothtop range for the kitchen hopefully, we can get that in the not too distant future.
