The teacher gave us this long piece of paper with the outline of where Lillian had been laying down traced on it. Our project? To bring it back decorated looking like Lillian. Well, Matt and I had some grand ideas of what would be cool and make her the most awesomest one for all the kids to be jealous of… but we had to remember it was her project. What fun would it have been for her had we done all the work? So, we sat down in her room and let her pick and choose and decorate herself. Honestly, it may not be what we envisioned but it definitely screams "Lillian" to us and that was the whole point. When we went to school we did see some rather "nice" ones with all kinds of neat stuff but we’re glad Lillian could say – yup I did this and they helped a little. I love her little creative mind.
