Matt’s mom, Emily and Sam decided to take their vacation this year in Florida and luckily for us we are able to reap the benefits of their vacation on the beach. They are staying at El Matador on the island and we have been there almost every day after work so far this week to soak in the rays and watch the sun set on the beach. It’s really beautiful and it’s so hard to believe that we live so close to this since we rarely take advantage to go!
Lillian is enjoying every minute of it. She has ran, jumped, swam more in this week on the beach than I think she has in her whole life. She’s usually knocked out before we are even out of town to head home from all her extra activites. Unfortunately for us, Matt and I are also experiencing the side effects of all the extra activity and have been going to bed almost immediately upon getting home. Thank goodness for DVR!
